Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.
Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.
Shot a 78 today. Was great because I knew the next round I posted was going to drop an 82 off my 12 handicap*. Hit 7/9 greens on the back nine and 10 overall which is mind numbingly absurd for me considering I average a 25% GIR overall. Hitting only 3 greens on the front didn't kill me because I only had 14 putts. The key to low scores I guess is to keep the big numbers off the cards. 11 pars and 7 bogeys.

Your worst score is an 82 and you have a 12 handicap? What are you doing? Playing par 27 courses? Either way, I don't know how you assholes putt so good. Back when I played everyday and I was a 2 handicap, I would hit 16 greens and shoot 80 sometimes with 38 putts. I don't understand how you can get under 30 putts consistently. I guess you either have it or not. [Reply]

Not worst score, a good score was going to drop(it was the 20th round), thus handicap would have gone up. [Reply]
