Thanks. I'm a fan of Amoretti purees, they work great in beer, cocktails and a bunch of other stuff. I also like to make flavored tinctures to add to things, which for vanilla is basically soaking quality vanilla beans in vodka for a month or so and adding a splash to whatever you're mixing (beer, cocktail, coffee, etc). Same with unsweetened flaked coconut.
I bought Pei Wei for dinner along with Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc because the 3 favorite restaurants I go to were 150% full and there wasn't a seat to be had. Fucking Snowbirds and Spring Training rainouts suck! :-)
