I've gone to a whole food plant based diet for the month of October. No meat ,no dairy no sugar, no beer, no oil ,no added salt, no salad dressing even. Only oatmeal, salads, fruit, legumes, seeds, nuts. Using Garlic powder and 6 pepper seasoning for flavor. Did a 48 hour fast last week and will try to do that weekly. [Reply]
