Yep. And luckily I do. I've been offered a chance at one, but I'll wait out the process like I did when I bought my GT 500. I'm in no hurry to deal with the markup on this vehicle. If it's anything like it was back in '07 when the GT 500's came out - it will be extreme. I remember some clowns paying $25K OVER sticker back then.
As I said, my buddy ordered one and is expecting to take delivery sometime in January 2016, but he's expecting delays. He didn't get the GT 350R - just a "regular" GT 350. [Reply]

I have a '67 302 Vert, '87 5.0 Vert, and an '09 Shelby GT 500 Coupe. I'm in the market for another one. I might pull the trigger on a '16 Shelby GT 350 but I was kinda waiting around to see what the '17 GT 500 (or SVT Cobra - whatever they decide to call it) will offer. Last I heard it was supposed to be a twin turbo V6 rated at 750HP. Not sure I want a "refined beast" that doesn't have a V8, so the more I think about it, I'm leaning towards the GT 350. I'll likely make that decision when my buddy takes delivery of his in January.
I have something you may be interested in, the only surviving of the first 3 GT500 proto type motors. [Reply]

Just what I need for my Christmas check.. not getting one LOL
But. Year to date I am up in sales over last year, and the dealership is about even. [Reply]

Ive installed several. I got some fucked up Heim joints once. The threes always seem to go well. It's when they wanna go crazy suspension and body. I've done a couple long arm kits that are a lot of work [Reply]

Yeah I don't want to get crazy with the lift because of all the work that goes into them..I really don't want to buy new drive shafts and replace all the steering up front and install long arm kits..athe 4 inches I think it is better to go long arm anyway
Besides I'm going to give this to my son when he turns 16 so I don't want to build him something too bad ass since my first vehicle was a nothing special [Reply]

Don't go over 3" lift. IIRC, you could order a three inch lift on the Cherokee. [Reply]

if you were to mod it with leaf springs instead of coil springs you'll get a beefy looking ride especially if it has a soft top and/or doors. [Reply]
