You sound like RaiderCody. However if you read what I wrote, I do blame MM but I also recognize Gruden had a heavy hand in decisions.
I have to laugh. We are arguing who deserves more blame when looking at the dumpster fire with bowl cut boy at the top, Gruden and MM.....3 stooges [Reply]
I probably would have extended Jacobs and Ferrell.
JESUS
RB is not a position you pay big money for anymore in the nfl, Most all of them can get yards if you have a decent offensive line. JJ is injured quite a bit and Cle will be paid too much to be a backup. [Reply]

Mayock's middle round picks were stellar. Wish they had done better with the 1st rounders. 2nds as well. [Reply]

I’d have to look at what their 5th year options would be but I have a hard time believing it would be big money.
I’m not looking it up so I’m open to being wrong here. [Reply]

Had the Raiders exercised each players’ fifth-year options from the 2019 draft, Jacobs would have been owed $8 million, Abram $7.9 million and Ferrell $11.5 million. [Reply]
Seems the Chiefs would have a few more wins in the Playoffs due to the past few years of playoff victories in the PM era. Guess the years between 2000 and Patrick were not very playoff friendly.
Raiders haven't won a playoff game in 18 years-ish. [Reply]

None of those guys are worth anywhere near that.
Jacobs, best of the bunch, has yet to play a full season, and often is hobbled by injury when he does play. Great RB when healthy. Just is rarely actually healthy.
Pretty stoked about drafting Zeus to hopefully replace Jacobs starting next year. Let some other team over pay Jacobs.
Abram is a 2-3 mill a year guy, and I really have no idea what Ferrell really is. Since he got COVID, he's been completely MIA. Rumors out there he's got (or had) long COVID and it's really effected his strength and endurance. [Reply]

I have never been big on paying huge for RB's in the NFL, They all seem to be able to run well if a hole is there and most of them can catch out of the backfield too. [Reply]
