Year Two of the Matt Quatraro tenure. Time to take a step up this year. Active in free agency and trades this offseason. A new look pitching rotation and bullpen. Will the young players take the leap up offensively? Bobby Witt extension? New stadium? Will Vinny recover from injury? Salvy taking aim at the Royals record book? Will Cole Ragans turn into the best Royals starting pitcher since Greinke 1.0?

Maybe even AA if he proves himself too advanced for those levels.
Move the dude as quick as he can…
In an ideal world... but here's the rub. He wants to be a two way player, and by all accounts the organization is gonna let him try. What do you do with the guy if his pitching or hitting tool becomes major league ready, but the other tool is a year, two years or more away? I pretty much already know the answer, but just throwing it out there... [Reply]

Perhaps that has been the issue all along? With all their down time, the bullpen has been beta tasting the “taste of KC dog” for the first 97 games and creating quite a mess?

I’ll see myself out.
An adult diaper with "Got That Dog In Me" on it should be the next give away [Reply]
Looks like we've got Wacha, Singer and Lugo going this weekend against the White Sox. Nothing listed yet after Lugo. I was curious how they were gonna shake out the rotation after the break. And now we know...
A little surprised and disappointed we haven't made any other transactions beyond the Harvey move. Eleven more days until the deadline. [Reply]
I am excited for the second half. We need a few things to fall into place and maybe, just maybe, we can compete until the end of the regular season. [Reply]
