A lot of these guys don’t review stuff in depth. Mahomes had an incompletion against Chargers that would have caused a big buzz in the media if not for an amazing defensive play by the safety.
It was a 55 yard throw across his body without his feet under him. Chris and Phil Simms raved about it when they reviewed the film. The throw was on the money and would have been a stunning TD if not for that safety pulling a miracle deflection.
He made throws like this all the time at Tech, but a lot of media people are too lazy to research it. [Reply]
