If Herbert gets the ball back, it's likely deep in his own territory and the Chargers would go conservative. Especially since their offense is struggling after the opening drive. I'm surprised Andy played for the FG there with about 90 seconds remaining. But of course the Chiefs offense is also having its struggles.
