I hope the same happens with Semen. Give him a nice 5 year deal.
Thankfully, he's not a FA until 2019... so they have 2 more years until they face that decision, plenty of time to see if he's worth it.
Right now, they're just a touch over $3M against the cap with Trevor and Lynch and it's not that much more next season. So, if either fails - not a lot lost from that perspective. And, if Trevor turns out to be a top 12 kind of guy, he will ease the pain anyone might feel by taking Lynch.
It's a gamble... roll those dice and let's see what happens. [Reply]

It'll be an interesting story-line....there arent any AFC rivalries thriving at the moment. All the Steelers adversaries are average...and the Patriots division is looking bad too. Maybe Cutler will get some attention...Luck is M.I.A. It's partially the reason for the Raiders hype....Carr is the only new face doing anything worth talking about
"And here we see Chiefs 1st round pick Pat Mahomes holding a clipboard"!
"He's REALLY rocking that clipboard, Chris"!
I'm trying to enjoying smacking the Donks about with you, but your continued idiocy and Smithian nonsense make it very, very difficult.
Oh wait...
Oh shit...
We're you...
No.......................
We're you implying that the NFL would put Alex fucking Smith on the bump-up?!?!?!?!?
Holy Shit; I have now heard it all, yes. Every single, last, fucking, idiotic, Smithian, nonsensical, rambling ever created. [Reply]
I also do not have any delusions of greatness in regards to Trevor. My expectation is he will improve this year and finish top 20 in all important categories. My hope is that he finishes the season as a top 12 QB. Nothing more, nothing less.
If he can finish in the 3700-3900 yardage area with 24 TDs and 10-12 INTs, that's solid. [Reply]

Smith has never had more than 3502 yards and has never averaged those numbers I posted in consecutive years. The next time Smith gets 3700-3900 yards with 24 TDs will be the first time. (He has never done either of those) [Reply]
