Not if the NFL thinks Mahomes is going to be a star...they are desperate for new QB talent to market. Getting his name out there, this season...and in the public psyche can only help KCs chances.
It'll be an interesting story-line....there arent any AFC rivalries thriving at the moment. All the Steelers adversaries are average...and the Patriots division is looking bad too. It's a fan made video, but shows lots of upside. If the line can protect a little better and guys like CJ Anderson and Janovich can stay healthy, that's a huge boost. Trevor did fine finding the WRS downfield. A lot of plays died in the redzone because they had no help late from TEs and RBs, allowing the pressure to kill the drives and force FGs are mistakes.

Laugh all you like... not suggesting his the next elite QB of the league, but he's not exactly a caretaker QB, lots of big plays. Give him some improved efforts around him and who knows what that team could do. [Reply]
