What we ARENT speculating on is the Donks are screwed...Horseface is gonna Horseface next off-season and overpay for a QB..since he cant draft one.
I only hope they're decent enough to beat the Raiders once...and finish average enough to keep them down in the draft.
Welcome to no-mans land.....NFL purgatory. [Reply]

Mahomes has looked decent, but he's not doing a whole lot other than throwing screen passes, ad-libbing, and making half field reads on designed QB rollouts.
He played part time in 2 preseason games and he looks worlds better than Paxton Lynch has ever looked.
I'm still betting that the loss of Wade Phillips and the addition of a new HC is going to really set them back just as much as the horrible drafting by Elway. [Reply]

Time to come to grips.
When I look at rookies...I mainly pay attention to if they have flashes of being competent and making an occasional great play mixed with mistakes.
I didn't see anything from Lynch, last season, that made me think "this guy might actually turn out to be good". It's why I called him a bust, early, last year.
Watching Kizer, Trubisky, and Mahomes...and you can see the raw talent is already there. I'm kind of meh on Watson...but he has shown more than pirate boy in two years. This is going to be a much superior class than last year...they look better than Wentz/ Geoff did.
Sorry Donko fans...your drunken hero just busted on his second highly drafted QB....he's not, all of sudden, going to have some franchise QB light come on...Horseface needs to cut bait. [Reply]

I'm curious how that coach is working out. The Broncos were on here locally, and I watched part of the game. There was no discipline at all, and they had penalties all over the place. [Reply]

Yeah he was a bad DC in miami. I think it was a bad hire for them, but a good one for the rest of the division. [Reply]

It's taken you until now to realize that?? I hope that you had them at 3rd before. Only Clay has them ranked higher than that. Surely even he knows better than that now. [Reply]

The only reason for that is 80% of SD's starters are on IR by week 3. [Reply]

But he's smart and reads a book or some gay shit.
The more I see of Lynch, man I'm just not seeing it. I thought he had potential under a Kubiak that gave a shit, but there's just nothing happening now. They better clear some cap in hopes of one Kurt Cousins in the spring. [Reply]

That hire made no sense to me. The one thing they were doing right was defense. So they bring this guy in who wasnt a great DC in Miami who promotes the DB coach and gets rid of Phillips. A clear downgrade.
I get why hed want Phillips out of the way and more of a underling in his place but a downgrade is still a downgrade. And with not much offensive talent theres nothing Joseph can do to improve them on that side of the ball. [Reply]
