From The Insiders in New Orleans: #Chiefs TE Travis Kelce could be playing in his final game on Sunday, as he’s undecided on his future. pic.twitter.com/xQbaMnfO6s

Yep. Kelce and Gronk are the same age and Gronk’s been retired for like four years now. [Reply]
Non-factor against Buff. No man lands in the SB. OL was the big problem, but the guy is 36. 2 mil dead cap if cut. 19 mil hit of kept. He needs to understand that it's time. [Reply]
Kelce looked his age last night and for good stretches this season but I'm not about to bag on the guy. I don't think he's out of shape, he's just reached that point where guys slow way down. I think he could give another solid year around 700-800 yards but is he up to another grind? His body has taken a good beating. [Reply]
He'd be an absolutely fantastic 3rd option behind the Rice/Worthy duo but that unfortunately isn't worth nearly 20 million. If he's back it is what it is but we could really use that money to allocate elsewhere. [Reply]

Worth it or not, are you really going to cut him if he decides he wants to play one more year? He's till better than 90% of the TEs in the league. [Reply]
Yeah You can't cut the greatest tight end of all time. He's been severely underpaid all these years as basically wr 1. He wants to collect checks and play limited snaps, I can't even be mad. [Reply]
Love him; he’s a three-time SB champion, HOF TE and an obvious Ring of Honor inductee who owns numerous records. No one on the Chiefs will wear #87 again and he is royalty in this city.
But it’s over. He is not a serious threat any longer and he’s not getting back to his old self; once you go physically soft as a player- you don’t get hard again. I hope he makes the right decision and hangs it up.
Pruning helps trees grow, and his retirement will hurt in the short term- but will force the offense to develop new plays and players, and broaden Mahomes’ vision. [Reply]
