TL;DR, his concern was at a 2, and now it's a 4 (out of 10). Still probably not a huge deal, but there are some concerning possibilities. Overall, though, he thinks it all gets pled down to misdemeanors, he misses a couple of games, and he writes some massive checks to those he injured.

He's admitted that he did it. What percentage of 60 would you take if you were the prosecutor on a plea? I bet the prosecutor's anchor is 15. Five might be generous. [Reply]

They’ll likely ultimately plea bargain and the fact he has no previous criminal record and has been cooperative from the start will work in his favor. [Reply]

The guy that tried to kill me shooting out my back window as I was trying get away and narrowly escaping with my life, plea bargained and got 18 months and 6 months parole. He is a free man but a felon for attempted murder. He had no priors. [Reply]

This was inevitable, fellas. What's shocking is that they didn't throw the book at him for the most grievous of sins - leaving the scene. That's a FELONY.
