In any case, the Falcons had 7 points gifted to them in the 1st half on a bogus RTP call. Their entire final drive was also ref aided on phantom penalties. They were given every chance to win that game (by both the refs and the Chiefs) and they failed despite it. **** 'em. [Reply]

Anyone cheering for Atlanta should be complaining about the 4th and inches playcall. A sideways, slow developing run play. It’s hard to blame the refs when coaches screw up like that. [Reply]

Looks like Chiefs had 11 guys within 2 yards of the center/snap. Pretty stupid to do a horizontal rushing attempt on that defense. Atlanta should have done a passing play 5-10 yards downfield. KC had nobody to cover it for this particular situation. [Reply]

Everyone is upset because they know what we know - the Chiefs are only going to get better. As the season goes on, and more importantly in the playoffs, it's going to be tougher to stop us. The best way to slow things down is to steal wins early when we're most vulnerable.

If the Falcons had gotten that call and then scored, they would have been up by 1. Obviously, they would want to go for 2 to make it a 3 point game. I remember the last time we played in Atlanta and had that same situation. It resulted in an Eric Berry interception returned for 2 points the other way and we won by that one point.
