Each Super Bowl win in the Mahomes era had an unsung hero (or two) step up to lead us to the promised land.
Super Bowl 54: Damien Williams
Williams always had an extra gear in the playoffs, but he took it to another level in 54. 17/104, one rushing TD to ice it and a critical receiving TD to take the lead. If Derrick Henry had that performance in the Super Bowl it’d be the primary focus of his Hall of Fame induction, and we got it from Damien Williams.
Super Bowl 57: Kadarius Toney
This dude was on the field for only 8 offensive snaps and was a devastating decoy while scoring a Super Bowl tuddy and nabbing the longest punt return in Super Bowl history.
(Honorable Mention to Khalen Saunders here)
Super Bowl 58: Mecole Hardman
After a devastating goal line fumble against the Bills, Mecole came to Super Bowl 58 and caught one of the best deep balls in Super Bowl history and caught the walkoff touchdown.
(Honorable Mention to Tommy Townsend here)
Requirements: Players can’t be considered among our elite, but can be solid role players for us going in. Who do you got for 59?

I’ve been impressed with his returns, and wonder why it’s taken the team this long, and an injury to Hardman to see the potential.

I was completely against Nazeeh Johnson, but God damn he had a stellar game against the Bills last week. He had probably the best game among all of our DBs.
