Probably saves another 10 yards based on Cook's angle...they most likely do not try to get another yard at that point. Good play by Jaden Hicks. pic.twitter.com/cvKuprBh1D

The Chiefs aren't "lucky."
1. Our rookie safety Hicks got JUST ENOUGH of the RB on first down to get him down short of the first down marker. Because of that it was 3rd and 2 on the final play, and the Raiders not in comfortable field goal range. If Hicks isn't fast enough to make that tackle the Raiders probably don't run another play. Hell, the RB might have scored.
2. Bolton had the wherewithal to actually go and get the ball on the fumble. He was able to get to it RIGHT BEFORE one of their OL was about to dive on it. Right place, right time.
No luck. Players making plays.
Besides, we all know that we are 1-0 on blocking game winning chip shots, never a doubt. [Reply]

NOT GREAT, BOB
Very concerning. Especially with the issues on offense. [Reply]

It would be helpful if the offense could finally finish a game clinching drive, by picking up first downs and running out the clock.
All of those listed games except for Buffalo, the Chiefs had an opportunity with a lead to end the game on offense. [Reply]
They've gotta put it back on the offense. Last year they could punt and play defense. This year, the mentality needs to be aggressive on offense and finish it with them on the field. [Reply]

You've never been athletic in your life. You know nothing about this.
Luck plays a bigger role in the outcome of games more often than not. [Reply]

I’m hesitant to call it a game saver when it was his man. He took a bad angle trying to undercut the other route too, which made things harder for him.

If you don't think it can happen, you don't know the fucking Bills. :-)
The Bills don’t collapse generally until the last possible moment.
The most Bills ending here is either they steal the 1 seed to get unceremoniously dumped in the Divisional Round or they beat the Lions only to lose a gimme to the Jets and miss out on the 1 seed altogether. [Reply]
