Heck I have had my share of spats with him. He even hurt my feelings hen he picked someone else to do voiceovers for certain things, i truly thought I would do a better job at...
But I think you should wipe the slate clean and look at things with fresh eyes. If he was gone, he would be missed. This place would not be as good without him... I know you don't like him but give him a little credit where it is due.
