I know this has been talked about but its still the off-season and it looks like Bill won't be coming back to football(at least Reid will gain a year/wins on him this season).
1) Shula with 347
2) Bill with 333
3) Halas with 324
4) Andy Reid with 284
I believe if Reid can stay healthy for another 5 seasons he will top Shula with 348 total wins! Reid will be 70 years old and might be the perfect time to hang his clipboard up!
Example: 64 wins needed
2024- Lets say we win 12 regular season and lets go ahead and say 3 playoff wins and 3 SBs in a row! Giving Reid 15 total more wins.
2025- 13 total wins
2026- would only need 12 total wins
2027- would only need 12 total wins
2028- would only need 12 total wins.
Passing Shula and getting 348 total wins should be very doable for Reid!!!
Side note----Reid only needs 6 more playoff wins to pass Bill and become the all-time most wins playoffs HC!!! [Reply]
12 wins this season? So 7-5 the rest of the season? I hope that they do better than that. Where do you see the 5 losses? We should sweep our division. That's 5 wins. We still have the Browns, the Panthers, the Bucs and the Steelers. Should win all of those. The only good teams are the Bills, 49ers, and Texans. I guess you must be expecting to lose all 3?? I just don't see this team finishing any worse than 14-3. [Reply]
With the possibility of Belicheat out of the equation, if Andy were to break Shula's record, he would need to coach another 5 seasons and win at minimum 11 games per.
To be more specific, let's say the Chiefs win 10 more games this season. That would put Andy 55 games behind Shula. Certainly within reach. [Reply]
You can scratch the Jets off the list of teams that will hire Belichick...he trashed their ownership in last night's Peyton and Eli's MNF show. And it doesn't sound like Bill wants to coach for the Jets anyway. Really, if he were to come back, I think his best bets would be to Dallas, Philly, NYG, or Buffalo. Buffalo is the best option from a talent stand point, but he would not have total control of all football operations there with Beane as the GM. In fact, none of those teams would give him that kind of control. If he's willing to let others do the grocery shopping, then one of those teams might work. [Reply]

I'd switch the Bucs into the good team area, but I'd guess the Chiefs atleast split with those 4.
So that would theoretically put you at 15-2. [Reply]
