That's quite a achievement going from 106 losses to being tied for 1st place at the moment. :-) I know being a life long Royals fan I've never witnessed anything like this. Still too early to celebrate but keep it up.

While they didn’t lose 100 games, the DBacks went from 65 wins in their inaugural 1998 season to 100 wins in 1999. That’s a massive jump that should be in the conversation.

So most games ever won after losing 100+ games is 87 shared by the Cubs and Orioles. For the Royals to only go one better and win 88 they would have to finish up 13-15. Hell they could easily win 90+ unless they start slumping. So hopefully tonight is not the beginning of one.
