The wnba has been scared of standing up to it knowing they will piss off their base. A base that is so small and insignificant that they’ve been in the red for decades. it’s a last gasp effort for these media types who want to stay relevant in a world where everyone is sick of mixing sports with social shit. At some point Clark’s gravity is going to force others to kiss her ring. She’s just too humble to ask anyone to do that. It is more when the wnba and her sponsors realize how much money they’re losing by slow playing her. They’re getting serious media deals largely because of clark and I imagine these wannabe wnba media types will be replaced by professionals who are a lot more careful about this useless shit stirring

I think that was typical rookie shit. What happens in a sport where a rookie is playing regular season games just weeks after the draft. Insane. I don’t think this is the case anymore and her teammates have her back now. [Reply]
