Just wanted to share, but thanks brother.
My dude thats an excellent looking dinner, supposedly simplistic dump and bake recipes with the right ingredients can work magic... the biscuits are clearly homemade, and they look great with all of that creamy chicken

Rainy day here and had a LOT of packing to do for my next trip where I'm helping friends move into a house in the southern islands, so it was Bear Creek potato soup. I know it's from a bag, but man is their soup delicious when a couple spices are added... [Reply]
Gonna thin slice a ribeye thats been sitting in the freezer forever to bulk it up, and top it with some fresh scallion
Oh damn I'm going to have the wife look for that at Aldis
I'll say, while it has rice instead of udon noodle, I've had a the beef bulgogi kit from Trader Joes (pretty much the same as Aldis) and it hits the spot every time

That looks excellent with all the big chunks of beef, this kit of mine is woefully lacking in that department, thus the ribeye to bulk it up
I've only had real bulgogi once at a Korean place in Anchorage AK and it was incredible, if this kit is even close its going to be a real treat [Reply]
Ground chicken was on sale so I'm making chicken meatballs with a white wine and mustard gravy and mashed potatoes
No pictures since the meatballs are very ugly. Didn't have breadcrumbs or bread so I had to use quick oats and the meatballs were very wet and wouldn't form balls but they taste good [Reply]

Hey now that sounds gourmet, great choice
Didn't have a couple eggs for a meatball binder? [Reply]
I should've taken pics, but still want to just say, that hanger steaks are freaking great. A little oddly shaped and not easy to find, but relatively economical, tender, flavorful, and great texture. I'm buying a half-dozen when I get back to the butcher's in a couple days. If you haven't had one, do yourselves a favor and find one and try it out. [Reply]
