I'll be attending and am happy to report back. Heck, if he's good and the price point is reasonable I might bring him in for us. We're often bringing in outside consultants to build up team members.

Said to go outside for 5 to 10 minutes when you first wake up and get direct sunlight. Take cold showers. Increase your dopamine. Find success in the journey in getting there and not just the outcome. Sounds like something the Chiefs could use.
