Why don't any of you read my posts before you attack me?

I TOLD you, based on clear-cut post-season superiority, I jumped Elway over Rodgers. You know, Rodgers amazing talents kind of work against him in my rankings, because with all that talent, why doesn't he ever advance deeper into the postseason?? There's no excuse. Quite honestly he's a choker. People say the same thing about Manning, but Manning's gone deeper a couple more times than Rodgers.

Honestly... doesn't it bother ANY of you had you instantly attack anything and everything I propose without reading it simply because I'm identified with the Broncos? I know it can be tough to look in the mirror for all of us, but that kind of thing has got to bother some of you sometimes...?!?!

Ding! Ding! Ding!

We have a winner! I tried to be mad at the referees for not just letting it go, but he was both feet plus a step or two on the field ....

The revisionist history around here regarding Elway is interesting.
He's criticizing you, trying to characterize those Elway numbers as "longevity stats?"

EXTRA! EXTRA!
The Headline in today's HATERS' NEWS: Quarterbacks with more longevity than Elway?

DREW BREES +4 yrs more than Elway
DAN MARINO +1 "
AARON RODGERS +4 "
BRETT FAVRE +4 "
PEYTON MANNING +1 "
TOM BRADY +5 "
PHILLIP RIVERS +1 "

But the truth is you can't talk logic to these people, at least I can't. Seems like every one of them is willing to grab a hold of the first possible disagree-ability to throw at me when I say something. And I've said lots of positive Chiefs things these last 2 or 3 weeks here...

I know you Mania, from our sites, but I don't know how old you are.

But in 1977, on the way to our first Super Bowl, Broncos RB Rob Lytle fumbled the ball away two yards from the goal line against the Raiders in the AFCCG ... and the referees missed it completely!

Somebody in here raised that topic in order to criticize and make fun of Broncos fans and posters ... Said something like "for some reason that play completely slipped the mind of every Broncos fan!"

Another guy laughed and they pretended like Broncos fans "See no evil, Hear no evil, Say no evil".... ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

So I'm over and over posting: "I remember that... I remember that ... I remember that!" But they didn't want to hear it and didn't respond cuz that would have interfered with (as Dempsey calls it) their FALSE NARRATIVE.

Nobody Asked Me why I rank Drew Brees #5, higher than most every other ranking online.

Well, of the 11 5,000 yard passing seasons in history, Brees has 5, nobody else has more than one. He's completed 70-plus % 4 times, nobody else more than once.

He's played in just one Super Bowl, but I like to include everything possible in my rankings, so I give him credit for two "rare accidents" that affected him that he had nothing to do with: The Minnesota Miracle; and the non-call pass interference against the Rams inside the 5-yd line with 1:40 to play in the NFCCG. Both derailed the Saints "unfairly," on the doorstep of the big game, and neither was Bree's fault.

I tried to tell everybody but none of them want to hear it.

I got to get out of this place. It's killing me!

The most ridiculous stat is Mahomes has never trailed at the end of regulation in a playoff game....ever.

Bengals/Patriots went to OT.

It's only happened once in 4 SBs.

That will never be matched...

Buff… you’re likely mistaking me for someone else. I have been a mainstay here. I haven’t posted on other sites in over 15 years. I just don’t have the time.

Wait ...

The Bengals AFCCG did go OT
The Patriots CG also OT ? okay

But the Tampa SB, I don't think so .....

Pretty twisted that 2 of mahomes 3 playoff losses were to #1 QB Brady, on two different teams.

Ok ... I'm probably thinking of a similar name.

But what about that Rob Lytle fumble in '77? Man, I hadn't heard that mentioned in at least 20 maybe 30 years.

You're right....it actually makes way more sense to focus on wins in basketball. They share the court with only 4 other players and have an impact on both offense and defense.

MVP/All-Pro tally:

Rodgers 8
Elway 1

But Elway overcomes this yuge deficit by winning one more Lombardi with one of the most loaded rosters in NFL history.

Man, I don't think I could live with myself if I posted a take this bad.

Another ridiculous thing is people saying (Donktards in particular) stupid things like "hurr durr ....Mahomes looks like Elway". Mahomes looks nothing like Elway....thank goodness. Since when did Elway become the gold standard amongst QB's and according to whom?

A more accurate description of Mahomes is he looks like a more physically gifted version of either Rich Gannon or Joe Montana.....and that's a whole lot better.

I wanted to talk trash about playing down to an opponent, but I can’t really do it in good conscience, especially considering the Raiders blatantly tried not to win in the last two minutes.
