The Falcons are going after her PSL’s. Revoke them and resell them. There’s a pile of money to do the right thing and refund the money. [Reply]

What's the name of the medical procedure to transplant lips? [Reply]
Since multiple teams fans have been scammed by the bird lady, this has been escalated to the Attorney General of Georgia.
So every single person that was involved in the tailgate incident and was defrauded we suggest you call the State Attorney Generals office at 404-651-8600 and file an individual complaint.
You can reference claim number 619196 and give them her name and her non profit Birdlady Cares. You will have to give your name, address, email, and phone number, the amount of money you spent and the date it happened. Filing a complaint takes less than 5 minutes. They said you can also file it online but it’s suggested to call. They also said you can contact an attorney but that isn’t realistic based on the amount of money each of us individually have spent. The collective amount of money is a felony and the fact that she has done this in the past as well and nothing has been is a problem and she needs to be stopped before she does this again. There is power in numbers.
I was scammed out of $2,000 back in 2002 buying a MacBook on eBay the guy took the money, never sent the computer. After months of stress and chasing dead ends (payPal protection topped out at $200 back then) I filed with the FBI since it was across state lines.
Three years later I got a call from an agent that they had prosecuted the guy and I was getting two payments of $1,000 from him. [Reply]

That's almost as cool as finding 20$ in your pocket when you're folding laundry.
Shitty deal. It's obnoxious because taking legal action to actually get your money back effectively requires a class-action lawsuit, and you're not going to get a lawyer to take that on for only $14k total. Everyone could individually sue her in small claims court, but that would be a huge hassle for only a couple hundred each.
I suppose it's not out of the question that you could get cops involved to go after her for fraud, but again, that's really tough when it's a little from a lot of people rather than a lot from a single entity.
I agree that it would be nice if the Falcons just covered it, but the fact that they're calling it a "legal matter" and not commenting tells me that they have likely decided that they're not liable and aren't willing to step in.
In the end, about all you can hope for is making is so that she can't do it again. At a minimum, she has no business operating as a non profit.
(IANAL, so I could be off on all of this - just my gut feel of how I see it going down.) [Reply]

This is really getting some traction now. Falcon fans and city officials are speaking up.
With the SB coming to town soon, its not good that visiting fans to ATL are getting ripped off by a person who has a huge 1-2 story picture of her inside the stadium where everyone can see it from your seats. Appeared in ATL promo's and commercials.
Police cant find her? You see a pic of her? She stands out in a crowd and has attended every home game since she ripped us off. Just go to the game. To her exact seat. She's the one dressed up as a bird for crissakes. [Reply]
