Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

0-8! Yeah something isnt right here.
We need Patrick to get right, he does that and we have our offense back.
Read this on the Athletic, it made me sad.
And, what, half of those have been EASY pitch and catch throws. I mean balls that 80% of the league hits with regularity. Give him 4 of the gimmes and half the harder ones and you're something near average.
The problem isn't that he's missing deep shots. Those are hard to connect on. The problem is that he's missing gimmes. He's somehow air-balling simple uncontested layups.
I still cannot understand why his front foot seems to swing sideways and his back leg kicks out on seemingly every 'on platform' throw he makes downfield. He just isn't stepping into the ball. And unsurprisingly, he seems to be 'hooking' those balls to the left. It looks a lot to me like his lower half is just a complete mess. [Reply]

Is it his ankle he is worried about? I wonder if it just misses with his mind a tad bit subconsciously that he steps that way? [Reply]
