Nah, the browns are incredibly hamstrung by watsons next 2 years of cap obligations. You simply can’t build around his contract. Get as many picks as you can, get rid of your dead money, tank this year and nab a first round qb, and do everything you can to be ready to compete as soon as you hit year 3. Their main motivation is to get rid of Deshaun’s dead money as soon as humanly possible
