This has a chance to be another very special season, so I figured it would be nice to have one place for us to communally dump Chiefs-related video clips, tweets, articles, podcasts, etc... from the national media this season.
Stuff like Pat McAfee Show, Nick Wright & First Things First, Kay Adams, First Take, GMFB, Mic'd Up, Inside the NFL, Turning Point, Total Access, The Ringer, The Athletic, ESPN+, MMQB, etc...
Rather than endlessly scrolling every media outlet daily, if we crowdsource it to CP, we'll all have one thread to check in on for awesome content. If something is huge & noteworthy, certainly feel free to launch it's own thread.
If it dies, it dies. But if this works, maybe we can do one of these annually so we can track down old takes from years past.

This is points per drive. They're defense ranked 23 in points allowed, but also that was also the year of the Bob. Bob Sanders played in week 1, 2, 8, and 12 of the regular season and then was healthy the entire playoff run. He had 22 tackles, 2 ints, 1 TFL, 4 PDs, and a FF. That Colts team allowed 22.5 ppg during the regular season, but with Bob back and healthy in the playoffs they allowed 8 points to our Chiefs, 6 points to the shit birds, 34 to the Patriots, and 17 to the Bears in the SB. That's only 16.3 ppg.
That year Peyton really tried to fuck it up, too. In those 4 games he had a 63.4 comp %, 1034 yds, a whooping 3 TDs, and 7 fucking INTs and 1 FL. The Colts won the SB that year despite Manning shitting his pants in the playoffs again. He was carried by his team in that Broncos SB win, too. A 55.4 comp %, 539 yds, 2 TDs, 1 int and 2 lost fumbles in 3 games is pathetic as fuck. If you tally up his SB winning post seasons you get a guy that played 7 games and only had 5 passing TDs and 11 turnovers.
The guy was just outright unstoppable during the regular season, but when it came down to playing in the playoffs vs the big dogs he just constantly shit himself. [Reply]

It was because of Bob Sanders. Peyton did everything he could to lose in the post season, which was pretty normal for Peyton. The guy was probably the best QB ever, not named Patrick Mahomes, in the regular season. When the playoffs rolled around he turned into a steaming pile of shit. The guy couldn't handle the pressure.
