Not sure how reliable this source is but there is a ton of smoke out there that Mayo is an arrogant douchebag that has already broken the locker room.

I work for a "household name" and we have CLASSES we have to attend on DEI. It's far, far from "fringe". It's a core belief.

Nearly got into a physical altercation with an offensive lineman that weight 300 pounds and spoke aout himself in the 3rd person. GTFO.
Yep.

As much as I hate to admit it. It is a pretty entertaining and informative way to watch the game.
Also busy with his 20 something girlfriend. I cant even imagine how much she must annoy him.

I wasn’t making that claim. I was basically trying to say that normal people don’t mention or talk about “DEI”. Outside of corporate work places and a pretty small demographic with particular political beliefs (which is the origin of my usage of the word “fringe”), you won’t really hear about it much.

Yea most people don't use it as a talking point or some type of racial dog whistle either but hey.

:-)

So are you saying all these companies that have DEI initiatives are racist? Or an owner who makes it a point or a priority to hire a black coach is a racist?

I don't understand why bringing up the possibility of a practice that is well known and in place makes people racist. According to you you can only talk about it in one context but never float the idea that's not the best way to make decisions. :-)

I don't understand how your brain interpreted my comment in that manner other than you have brain damage or cognitive decline.

Dude, you don't get to do this after you thought it was completely fine to call me a slur because you have Reddit commie brain.

Saying Mayo is a DEI hire is nowhere near as racist as literally thinking you can call Cubans slurs because your ideology tells you it's not racist.
