Do we even have a Super Bowl appearance with Reid if that team didn’t pick itself up and turn it around?
Team had high expectations, but started 1-5. If the team kept losing I don’t see how Hunt would’ve kept Reid and staff around. 2013 was a surprisingly good year, but ended with a bad playoff loss. 2014 narrowly missed the playoffs. And 2015 was on pace to be a disaster year
That team then won 11 straight games (including our first playoff win since 1993) and kept the Reid regime in place [Reply]
Only knew jerk reacting fans wanted Reid gone after the 1-5 start. I do remember heated debate on here about that. There certainly was a vocal group crying for him to be fired. But I don't think that Clark Hunt ever even considered it [Reply]

I feel like Andy was on the hot seat going into the 2018 season. Felt like the same situation as Philly where fans were fed up with him and the same old stuff he'd do to choke games away in the postseason. [Reply]
Among the top passers in the country in 2015 ... started all 13 games, totaling 4,653 passing yards and another 456 rushing yards ... one of just five quarterbacks in FBS history to pass for 4,000 yards and 30 touchdowns and also rush for at least 450 yards and 10 touchdowns ... has thrown 52 touchdowns and just 19 interceptions in first 17 career starts ... is the seventh quarterback in school history to pass for over 4,000 yards in a season ... concluded the season ranked sixth all-time in the Texas Tech single-season record book for passing yards ... already ranks eighth all-time in career passing following his sophomore year (6,200) ... his 4,653 passing yards were the most for a Red Raider since Graham Harrell in 2008 ... There is more! [Reply]
