Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

Indeed. However it is def concerning that he's literally playing the worst football of his life right now. [Reply]
Trams are copying the Chargers gameplan. Crash the pockets force Mahomes out of the pocket one way and have the spy rush to that side. It WS used on our last play to force the pick [Reply]

My point is, this season is the worst SEASON he's ever had to this point. Yes.
Nonsense. Doing bad and losing is worse than anything else. We're top of the fecking conference ffs :-) [Reply]

There's literally no explosion in the offense at all. Think about it... We've got..
Kelce who basically has no RAC ability left he's catch and down.
Hopkins who is still new and is declining there's still something in the tank but at this stage he's not explosive.
JuJu hasn't been explosive in some time.. Watson ehh
Worthy and Hardman are the only guys with any actual speed and that's a gadget guy and a rookie they don't seem to want to push the way some other teams would.
I mean shit even the run game has no explosion. What Hunt is doing is admirable but he's not explosive. Perine and Steele certainly aren't either.
In the past Pat has had a guy or 2 to lean on since Hill left..now he has none.
It's no coincidence he's not having a great year when you mix the injuries with the personnel. [Reply]

We are going to get that explosive guy back in January, Hollywood Brown. [Reply]

A guy or 2 to lean on since Hill left?
Really? You typed that out and actually posted it?
Guys Mahomes has leaned on since Hill left:
MVaSS
Toney
Skyy Moore [Reply]
Going back, but anyone remember Tom Brady in 2006.
Due to injuries, the guy had Jabar Gaffney and Reche "bug eyed" Caldwell as his starting receivers. No one to lean on that year. Yet Brady was still able to engineer a comeback and beat an all-time powerhouse Chargers team on the road in the 2006 Divisional playoffs. They had Phyllis, LT, Antonio Gates, Merriman all in their prime.
This was the game where Patriots players were celebrating with the lights out dance on the Chargers field post game lol.
If Mahomes is to be held in GOAT conversation, he's got to elevate his teammates, which he has struggled to in recent seasons. Instead of needing players to lean on. Its getting more and more common in recent seasons that the Chiefs have won in spite of Patrick and the offence. [Reply]

Mahomes doesn’t elevate his teammates in recent years (coming off B2B SBs after trading away a top 3 WR in the sport)? And yet Tom Brady who got carried by elite defenses for almost the entirety of his career did?
Some of the most ridiculous drivel I’ve ever read in this thread and that’s saying something [Reply]
