0 and 40 are supposed to be the hardest on your body. I have a miracle sleep pill. (Seroquel) I have a miracle liver pill (concentrated milk thistle) I have a miracle high BP medicine. (Amlodapine benazopril) Thinking about trying something for mental health.(????) Dont need much for pain so far.

thoughts?

Dang. I probably put that right in the recycle can.

As far as turning 60 it isn't all that bad.
The good:
Travel when you want
More financially secure
More content
Grandkids
No more pretending I can't hear my wife...I mean-really I cant hear you

The Bad:
Shaving is weird now. I need to lift, pull and contort up my face to shave it
Ear Hair gone wild
Minor aches and pains

Enjoy it man.

With TRT, we add more testosterone to the body, and it can be done through injections, gels, patches, or pellets. The goal is to help us feel better and get back to "normal". However, we should only use TRT under doctor supervision as they need to monitor us for any possible side effects.

I recommend anyone over 40 at least look into their testosterone levels with their physician and see if TRT can help.
Doctor started me on Levothyroxine. Said it would help me out.

No grandkids yet. Waiting. I hear they are pretty damn cool. Still teaching, could have retired 4 years ago, but, waiting on youngest son to graduate from my high school. He keeps me young. Teaching welding class is hard to walk away from. I only teach juniors and seniors for dual college credit. It’s a pretty good gig and the good kids far outweigh the pains in the ass.
