Traded down to 35 since there were several prospects I liked at WR and Tackle available. Got another top 100 pick which turned out to be Sweat. Traded up a little to get Jaylen Wright who I like a lot. Not sure Wilson is the best value at 95, but like him as a unique threat. Could have gone IOL there which we need more depth, but all in all I would love this to fall our way. 3 guys who will likely play significant snaps their first year.

35.
Jordan Morgan
OT Arizona

64.
Devontez Walker
WR North Carolina

91.
T'Vondre Sweat
DT Texas

95.
Johnny Wilson
WR Florida State

124.Jaylen Wright
RB Tennessee

169.
Cedric Johnson
EDGE Ole Miss

176.
Qwan'tez Stiggers
CB Toronto (CFL)

39) Guyton (is he ready or do they need 1 more year from Donovan Smith? Am I selling Wanya short?)
64) Roman Wilson
95) T'Vondre Sweat
131) Mason McCormick
142) Cam Hart (trade down bonus)
149) Leonard Taylor
173) Isaac Guerendo
221) Anthony Gould

I like this one...two starters for next year's Oline, big upgrade on D-line, unsexy upgrade at WR (big hopes for good route runner Wilson) with a big wild card (Gould), and at WR, and depth at CB with 6-3" Hart to rotate in on big receivers.
I like this too...No you likely aren't selling Wanya short, at the very least he hasn't shown he is ready. We need to plan to upgrade. I would still like to add a veteran like Smith, although I think he wants too much money, but there may be some Summer casualties we could pick up late to add veteran depth just in case.

I hope Latham falls to 32. Would be obscene value.

To close it down, I went with TWO final mocks; one with no trades, one with trades. Both on NFL Mock Draft Database

No Trades
1.32 Adonai Mitchell, WR, Texas. He falls, I take him. I guess the NFL MDD GMs were concerned about his sugar bugs.
2.64 Kiran Amegadjie, OT, Yale. Little reach according to their board, but last guy in this tier unless you're jamming on Blake Fisher. Bet on traits and coaching. Eventually it has to pay off, right?
3.95 T'Vondre Sweat, DT, Texas. I add another Longhorn and give Jones an intimidating running partner.
4.131 Mason McCormick, IOL, South Dakota State. Incredilby athletic interior OL depth.
5.159 Will Shipley, RB, Clemson. I think this is my favorite mock draft yet. everything falling to me except OTs.
5.173 M.J. Devonshire, CB, Pitt
7.221 Myles Cole, DE, Texas Tech. Spagsiest Spags DE who ever did Spags.

I mean, that seems incredibly unlikely but sure, if the board would fall that way I'd be super happy and not even touch the trade dial.

With Trades
1.16 Troy Fautanu, OT, Washington. I send 1.32 and my 2025 1st and 3rd to Seattle for Fauntanu and 4.104. Unrealistic? Probably. But I'd be happy.
3.71 Devontez Walker, WR, North Carolina. No one I loved at 2.64, so I slide back to 3.71 in exchange for 2.64 and 4.118 and take the long speedster. Get ready for your cardio, Devontez!
4.104 Mason McCormick, IOL, SDSU. Yeah, can you tell i'm "in" in this guy?
4.118 Jared Wiley, TE, TCU. Athletic, speedy mover. Also could have taken Jermaine Burton here and would have a hard time NOT taking him.
5.159 M.J. Devonshire, CB, Pitt. I don't risk missing this guy, who is tailor-made for KC.
5.174 Curtis Jacobs, LB, Penn State. Athletic LB depth.
7.221 Braiden McGregor, DE, Michigan. Intersting prospect

Of the two, I far prefer the "No trades" trip through unreality, but what can you do?

I ran a few different mocks with different philosophies.

The stay put mock draft may be my favorite. Zero trades, and took high value players at positions of need.

The move back mock is mid, and we couldn’t really grab a high potential receiver at any of the picks. 7 went off the board in the first round, but we added an additional 3rd next year for moving back.

The aggressive mock draft adds a high level first year contributor, who honestly may be the best wr in the draft in odunze. It was costly to get up that high, taking this years 1st and 2nd and next years 1st.

Some odd notes
-i ended up with sweat at 95 in all three, and i cant really tell you why. There seems to be a void in talent at high value positions in the 3rd and 4th in all these mocks.
-i took a TE in the 4th in each draft. That seems to be a decent area for tight ends this year. You may be able to get more out of a wiley or johnson than you do out of gray.
-there is a weird rb value run going in rounds 5-7, where 3-4 seem kind of empty. Guerendo seems like a super high potential running back just based on measurables and athleticism.
