Since Chukwuebuka Godrick is Kansas City's designated international player, the Chiefs probably didn�t offer LRZ one of their 16 regular practice squad spots. If Godrick wasn�t on the team, I�m sure LRZ would have been offered a spot.

That is the only explanation that makes sense to me but it is just a guess. I haven�t seen anywhere where the Chiefs offered a regular practice squad spot to him.

Yep. He doesn't currently belong on any active NFL roster.
