I just feel like everyone is going to spend all week talking about Mahomes' ankle or Burrow being a Demigod or Chase against this young secondary or Lou Anarumo being a psychopath...and then in the end it's just going to Samaje Perine bludgeoning Bolton and Gay to death.
In 2017, Alex Smith had by far the best season of his career. In 2018, Mahomes doubled his numbers as a first-year starter.
Also in 2017, Tyrod Taylor had a decidedly mediocre year for the playoff-bound Buffalo Bills. The following year, Josh Allen put up decidedly worse stats and finished with a losing record.
In 2023, Jake Browning replaced Joey Burrow midseason and out-produced him.
Indisputable, rock-solid proof that Mahomes has no peers. [Reply]

There have been 2 instances in NFL history where a QB had:
30+ completions 300+ passing yards 4+ TD passes multiple 40+ yard TD passes no more than 1 INT
...and yet still lost. Those 2 instances were Joe Burrow vs. the Ravens in Week 5 & Joe Burrow vs. the Ravens again tonight. pic.twitter.com/vfRaLghMC9

Yeah. It's funny how he's the tallest guy on the court so he just parks his ass under the basket and when they throw it in, shoots his little shot then does the too small gesture.
Yeah, dumbass, you're taller than everyone else, of course they're too small. I've seen a couple interviews with him last year acting like he was an OG Jayhawk talking shit and being a general dumbass.
Anyway. I wouldn't need a chair to punch him in the face. [Reply]
