I was having GI issues myself and got myself a colonoscopy last week, all they found was some hemorrhoids and told me to come back in 10 years. I still don't know what's wrong with me but at least it's not cancer. Good luck getting your shit figured out. [Reply]

About 8 years back I went from pre diabetes to type two. Last 5 years or so I’ve followed Dr Berg and Dr Alan Mandel (goes by motivational dr on YouTube) both on YouTube and subscribe to their channels to see what they would talk about in regards to diet and vitamin/mineral deficiencies. For specific issues just type Dr Berg gastrointestinal or acid reflux etc. same with dr Mandel. Type that in the yt search and look for specific videos that relate to your symptoms. It doesn’t replace going to the dr but I look at it as something to help in addition to your dr. I’ve learned all sorts of stuff that has helped me like lemon raw honey extra virgin olive oil apple cider vinegar garlic Himalayan salt…too much to remember. Just an idea that works for me. If you have some free time give it a search. They both have around 10 years worth of videos on YouTube. I’m on different vitamins that I don’t get enough of and eat better and more specific foods that help heal you and doing much better because of what I’ve learned and applied. [Reply]

Thanks for that, I will check it out. I basically having the feeling of constipation but I still poop everyday and less appetite. The DR's never checked anything, just went straight to colonoscopy, which sucked but it's over now and it's good to rule out the worst thing that it could be. I eat a pretty healthy diet tbh, I probably need to figure out what diet will best for me. [Reply]

You’re welcome. Dr Berg talks all the time about the keto diet and fasting. It doesn’t fit for me but I pick bits and pieces out of it to add to my diet. All the little things help just be patient. If you add vitamin or mineral supplements do them one at a time so you know which one is working [Reply]
