I wonder if it's fatigue. It feels like the dog days right now just trying to drag our ass to December. Getting the bye with some cushion would be huge.
This might be an unpopular opinion but I would forfeit the undefeated season just to bench some guys and let them rest.
Hell, the 3 games in 10 days bullshit? Maybe send the 2nd string out there for one of those games just to survive it.

McDuffie shut down Chase but struggled with a worse WR in Sutton. Not one of his better games. Still, he's the last guy you worry about on the defense unless he's playing with some injury we don't know.
