Spicy? Or sage? Though the real deal is mixing the two together with that maple sausage. [Reply]

Pro tip - use a mason jar lid as a sandwich size fried egg cooking container [Reply]

I like it. Gives it a more earthy/savory flavor, imo. I like the maple, but it burns pretty easy. I either have to cook those over less heat, or sous vide them, then fry them up. Which is why I mix maple with other stuff, to mitigate the burning thing. [Reply]

They go really well with pancakes too. The sweet and salty is a great combo. [Reply]

Yah. I used to love sausages and cakes. haven't eaten a pancake in a long time. If I can get my weight below 165, I might have to make a big country style breakfast. [Reply]
My quick go to out the door breakfast is Jimmy Dean Chorizo Breakfast bowl and flour tortilla and fav hot sauce.
Just nuke the breakfast bowl spoon it out into the tortilla add hot sauce more cheese if you want roll and a last quick nuke. Then out the door and your rolling.

It really is spectacular. Also a shout out to the late night drunk pizza spot a 30 second walk away that served me perhaps the best pizza slice I've ever had, and at 2am. The pepperoni slice from Bleecker Street Pizza:
Youngest daughters 25th BDAY. Went to a Hibachi venue that was an AWESOME presentation but food ultimately SUCKED! Was fun with the wife's fam though! :-) [Reply]
